If you are to let the dough rise for 1 hour 30 minutes, try not to exceed the time frame. As the dough might start drying up at the top etc. Apparently the rising of the dough is the crucial part. Do try out this recipe and I hope it will be a success as it was to me.

Enjoy your weekend! Can't wait to now try my hands on bread recipes. Especially your Ciabatta recipe ;). Hmmmm.. your eyes eh? Perhaps it's time for a check up? Hehehehe...

BusyGirlsCooking: Do try it sometime when you have the chance. It's such a simple recipe and classic. Does not overpower your toppings. In fact it compliments the toppings.

Tina: Perhaps this recipe might change your mind. I've gone through tons of pizza recipes before deciding on referring to the above. Noticed some had to punch the dough etc. But the recipe above is pretty straight forward and at the end you still get the same results.

Happy Cooking All!! So, I'm excited to pass this on to him so he can give it a try! When he makes Homemade pizza, it might be the only time I allow him to do "real" cooking in the kitchen. :) Thanks for the recipe!!Culinary Hillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15351785157599906972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4264071274329991599.post-85752797837439564572011-07-14T18:28:57.172+08:002011-07-14T18:28:57.172+08:00I have made pizza dough before and it was a long p...I have made pizza dough before and it was a long process that really was not worth the effort. I have yet to get back to pizza making after that. Your dough recipe looks fairly easy, so I may have to try again.
